The library is open to the public and holds can be picked up inside the library anytime during open hours.
What are your hours for Grab & Go pickup?
But if you prefer to pick up your holds through our Grab & Go, contactless materials pickup, that service is still available M,W,F 10:00 – 4:30, T, Th 10-5:30. Only if you can’t pick up during these times call the library to see arrangements can be made for another time.
How do I know when to come to pickup my holds
When you receive OWWL email notification that your materials are ready, please call to schedule a pick up time. Please notice: You do not have an appointment for pick up until you speak with us by phone: 315-524-8381
Where is the library’s designated pickup site
All pick-up materials are placed in labeled bags on the pickup book truck located in side the facility back door–at the back parking lot entrance. The bags are labeled with name and pickup time.
Please wear a mask when picking up your materials.
Can I hand my items to be returned to a library staff member?
No. Please drop off all library materials being returned in the 24/7 outdoor book drop. This includes items received from any OWWL library (through interlibrary loan, delivery).
I returned an item but it still appears on my account as being checked out to me.
Please allow 3-7 business days for library staff to check in your returned items. For the health & safety of the community, all returned items will be quarantined for at least 72 hours. If an item is still appearing on your account after 7 days, please contact the library.
