NYS Talking Book and Braille Library is offering library service by U.S. Post for eligible residents of upstate who are unable to use standard print materials due to a visual, physical or reading disability. Serviced through the NYS Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL), the collection offers residents books, audio books, magazines and materials in alternative formats for readers and those learning to read of all ages.
