Covid Pandemic Restrictions: Use of Wi-fi and public computing may be limited during the pandemic.
As of Spring 2017 the library accepts only cash for all public services.
We offer fax, printing, and photocopying services at low cost.
Faxing Charges: Use of our cover sheet is free.
Local faxes (area codes 315 and 585) and toll-free service (only 800, 844, 855, 866, 877, 899) are $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.
Long distance faxes are $3.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.
Photocopying & Laser Printing.
Use of photocopying and printing resources are limited to up to 100 pages/sides per person, per week. This is necessary to keep library costs within the framework of the equipment lease(s).
B&W 20¢ each page/side. A volume discount for copies in excess of 40 (i.e., 41 up to 100) are at 10¢.
Color 50¢ each page/side. No volume discount is available.
Again, owing to the costs associated with the lease agreement for the library copier, maximum copies per person, per week, must be held to 100.
Public Computing, and WiFi
WiFi is available for those who bring their own laptop or other portable device.
Public-use computers are available to OWWL users and guests. Access/Login requires:
- An active OWWL account in good standing (i.e., no fines over $4.99, no overdue materials).
- a valid OWWL library card;
- your PIN number.
Guests are allowed to use the computers and wireless network (see below). Guest access changes daily; please inquire at the circulation desk for details. Linux computers located in the Main Room of the library are available to the public through staff assisted system reservation or on a first-come, first-served basis.

- LibreOffice applications: Writer, Calc, Impress.
